If you need to cancel, please inform us in writing. Cancellation charges are calculated from the date we receive your notice:
- 45 days or more before arrival: deposit retained
- 44 – 30 days before arrival: 25% of the tour cost
- 29 – 15 days before arrival: 50% of the tour cost
- 14 days or less / no-show: 100% of the tour cost
Luxury trains, peak-season hotels, flights and special events may carry stricter conditions, which will be stated in your quotation. Approved refunds are processed within 15 working days. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
