These terms apply to all bookings made with Vaux Tours. By confirming a booking you agree to them.
Bookings & Payments
- A booking is confirmed once we receive the advance deposit stated in your quotation.
- The balance is payable before the start of the tour, by the date shown on your invoice.
- Prices are quoted per person on twin-sharing basis unless stated otherwise.
Changes to Your Tour
We will always try to accommodate requested changes; any cost difference will be charged or refunded. Itineraries may occasionally change due to weather, road conditions or circumstances beyond our control — in such cases we will offer the best possible alternative.
Travel Documents
Guests are responsible for holding a valid passport, visa and any required health documents.
Liability
We act as an agent for hotels, transport companies and other service providers and cannot be held liable for their acts or omissions, or for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
